Blue Heron Charters is owned and operated by John Eckstein with over 15 years of fishing and cruising experience on the Douglas Channel and surrounding waters.

Our vessel is the 24 foot Skagit Orca with extended cabin. It is Transport Canada licensed, fully insured and equipped with GPS navigation, sounder, VHF and radar. This vessel has a stand up head and heated interior.

Charter Rates

Maximum 4 guests per charter.

All bait and tackle are supplied.

All safety gear is included.

A 10% deposit is required to reserve your charter date and time. Full refunds  will be made provided 48 hours notice is given prior to departure.

Guests are expected to bring warm clothing and rainwear if required, soft soled deck shoes or runners, applicable fishing license, and lunch.
